Leave the city behind for a monastery stay above Thimphu, where hiking, ritual, shared food, play, meditation, and prayer create an intimate window into monastic life.

Start the morning in monastic stillness, then descend and journey across the mountains to Punakha, pausing at Dochu La before walking through fields to a beloved temple.

Blend pilgrimage, adventure, and heritage in Punakha with a monastery hike, river rafting, a riverside picnic, a walk to the dzong, and a memorable farm dinner by the fire.

Enjoy a slower day in Punakha, with time to rest, wander, or simply absorb the valley’s ease before regrouping for shared meals and an outdoor evening practice.

Travel back to Paro and shift into the artistry of Bhutanese textile heritage, exploring dyeing and weaving traditions before settling into evening yoga and dinner.

Begin with an early yoga session at an ancient temple, then ascend to Chelela Pass for fresh air, wide skies, and a picnic with Himalayan views before returning for the evening.

Undertake Bhutan’s most iconic hike to Taktsang, weaving yoga and reflection into the journey before returning to Paro for a traditional hot stone bath, final practice, and farewell dinner.

Enjoy a final breakfast together in Paro before transferring to the airport for the included flight to Bangkok and onward travel home.
